Complaints and returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your SKAR purchase. If any issues arise, you can find all important information about complaints and returns below.

Right to complain

If a product has a defect, you have the right to complain. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you may request repair, product replacement, price reduction, or contract termination if repair or replacement is not possible.

The warranty is not valid in cases of malfunctions caused by improper use, negligent handling or mechanical damage, damage caused by falling, impact or force majeure, unauthorized modifications of the product or use of parts that do not belong to the product.

Complaint procedure

You can submit a complaint via email to info@skarlife.com.

You need to attach a copy of the invoice, describe the defect, and state the desired resolution method (repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination if repair or replacement is not possible).

We will respond to the complaint within the legal deadline of 15 days.

Right to unilaterally terminate the contract

According to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette No. 19/22) Article 79, Paragraph 1, the Buyer has the right, without stating reasons, to unilaterally terminate a distance contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased products.

The Buyer is obliged, before the expiration of the deadline for unilateral termination, to notify the Seller of their decision to terminate the contract by submitting the Form for Unilateral Termination of Contract, which can be filled out electronically and sent to the email address: info@skarlife.com. The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is faulty.

Refund

We will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your notification of contract termination at the latest, provided that we have received the product back. The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and with the attached invoice.

Note

For hygienic reasons, it is not possible to return a product that has been used beyond the necessary trial period, especially if it has been in contact with the mouth, making it impossible to resell.
