Delivery policy

Delivery is carried out via BOXNOW parcel lockers, GLS, and DPD delivery services.

Delivery is free for all orders over €50.

For orders up to €50, the delivery cost is:

€2.49 for BOXNOW parcel lockers

€3.99 for DPD home delivery.

€4.99 for GLS home delivery

The buyer selects the desired delivery method when placing the order.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and handed over to the delivery service as soon as possible. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 working days. In exceptional cases, such as increased order volume, incorrect data, or force majeure, the delivery period may be extended, but no later than 7 working days.

Home delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building. The buyer is obliged to check the package upon receipt and immediately report any damage to the delivery service and the seller.

In case of inability to deliver, the buyer will be informed in a timely manner and may be offered a new delivery date or a refund.

The seller may occasionally offer additional delivery benefits, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
