Delivery policy

CROATIA:

Delivery is carried out via BOXNOW parcel lockers, DPD, and GLS delivery services.

Delivery costs:

• €0.00 for delivery to a BOXNOW parcel locker
• €2.99 for DPD home delivery
• €3.99 for GLS home delivery

The customer selects the desired delivery method when placing an order.

Estimated delivery time:

• BOXNOW parcel locker: 0 – 2 business days
• DPD: 1 – 3 business days
• GLS: 1 – 3 business days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

Delivery is carried out via GLS to your home address. Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days.

Austria, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Netherlands, Belgium, Bulgaria, Italy, and Germany: €6.99

Delivery times may be longer during holidays, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances with delivery services.

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and handed over to the delivery service as soon as possible. The expected delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. In exceptional cases, such as increased order volume, incorrect data, or force majeure, the delivery time may be extended, but no later than 7 business days.

Home delivery is made to the entrance of the residential building. Upon receipt, the buyer is obliged to check the package and immediately report any damage to the delivery service and the seller.

In case of inability to deliver, the buyer will be informed in a timely manner and may be offered a new delivery date or a refund.

The seller may occasionally offer additional delivery benefits, which will be clearly indicated on the website.
