MAINTENANCE AND USE

Hand wash the shaker body only to preserve the powder coating and vacuum insulation. The shaker lid and whisk are dishwasher safe on the top rack.

No. The SKAR Shaker is not suitable for use in the microwave, refrigerator, or freezer.

Wash the shaker thoroughly before first use. Hand wash the shaker body with lukewarm water and mild detergent and dry it thoroughly after washing. The lid is dishwasher-safe (top rack), but frequent washing in the dishwasher may cause the color to fade over time. Avoid abrasive cleaners and rough sponges.

Unpleasant odors can appear if the shaker is not cleaned in time after use. To prevent this, regular washing immediately after use is recommended.

If an odor does appear, fill the shaker with hot water and add a little white vinegar and baking soda. Leave it to act for several hours or overnight, then rinse and wash with detergent and a brush. This method effectively removes residue and neutralizes odors.

Yes. It is recommended to use a thin object without a sharp edge to carefully remove them without damage.

After cleaning, the seals must be properly returned to their original position to ensure complete tightness and prevent leaks.

The estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. In exceptional cases, such as increased order volume, incorrect data, or force majeure, the delivery period may be extended.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used or opened, except in cases where there is a legitimate complaint (e.g., damage or manufacturing defect).

Unopened, unused, and undamaged products can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

1. Preparing the product

Ensure that the products you are returning are unused, in their original condition, and with their packaging.

2. Filling out the return form

Download and fill out the return form using the following link: Form for unilateral contract termination.

It is important that all information is entered correctly and completely. Send the form to info@skarlife.com. Also, include the filled-out form when sending the package.

3. Packaging and shipping

Carefully pack the products and the filled-out form to prevent damage during transport.

Send the package to the address specified in the form using a delivery service of your choice.

We recommend sending with a tracking option.

4. Return cost

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, except in cases of our error or if the product was damaged during delivery.
